He created a spreadsheet with links to videos of all the properties we’ve looked at, which made it easier for us to compare and decide.  The videos helped us to recall what we liked about the top properties in our list as oftentimes you get overwhelmed when you’re out looking.

John negotiated well on our behalf to get the purchase price within our budget.  He coordinated with our lawyers, lender and the other agent. He went the extra mile in reaching out to our lender’s Regional VP to make sure we meet our closing deadline.
